- As a Sales Engineer Industry End-User + Channel, you will initiate and develop relationships with focus on end users and related Channel network, developing Agencies network and creating demand directly with the most important Industry End-Users, in order to make Grundfos the most preferred and saleable brand in the reference market.
- Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team;
- Build up and maintain good relationship with all external stakeholders, including end users, consulting firms, service partners , etc.
- According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific area
- Master's degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
- Prefer minimum 10 years of sales experience in Industrial Environment
- Familiar with Industrial pumping applications and water treatment
- Products and applications Technical background
- Familiar with Industry End Users market and related channels
- English skills able to operate in a multinational environment
