- Take part in the developing and validating projects, contributing the vision of the plant from preparation of the offer through production.
- Monitor project progress through periodic reporting meetings, according to the phases established in the FDS.
- Coordinate project activities for the project work team in the plant, distributing responsibilities and ensuring they are completed on time and on target in terms of quality and cost.
- Ensure and manage internal and external validation is completed for every element of the project.
- Control cost and investments of the project as relates to the productive plant, analyzing any deviations and proposing corrective actions.
- Control any aspects of the project that could affect quality, the timing and/or industrialization.
- Compile the industrialization dossiers and manage creation of the PPAP.
- Maintain fluid communication with the client and various departments, ensuring the project remains confidential.
- Ensure members of the project work team use the internal and clients' technical documentation.
- Notify the Launch Leader Manager of any incidents that may occur during the project that require support.
- Observe Ficosa's Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Lead the team, guaranteeing its effectiveness, development and motivation, fostering Ficosa's values.
- Provide the team with the necessary means to comply with OHSE rules, ensuring they are properly used.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.
