- Supportare le strutture responsabili dei controlli IT nella rilevazione di nuove esigenze di monitoraggio e controllo a seguito di evoluzioni legislative, tecnologiche o di contesto
- Fornire supporto consulenziale alle strutture tecniche specialistiche per comprendere le richieste di assessment dei supervisori interni ed esterni.
- Contribuire a definire piani di rientro da scoperture rilevate nelle attività di assessment.
- Laurea STEM
- Ottima conoscenza sia parlata che scritta della lingua inglese
- Ottima Conoscenza della suite Microsoft Office 365
- Ottima conoscenza del framework Cobit
- Conoscenza di base dei principali standard e guidelines internazionali (ISACA, CMMI, ITIL)
- Conoscenza delle principali normative in ambito bancario (Legge 285, Linee Guida EBA)
- Costituisce titolo preferenziale il conseguimento di certificazioni in ambito Cobit 2019
- Conoscenza di base dei principali standard e guidelines internazionali (NIST, COBIT,CMMI,ITIL)

Scopo e Attività
Siamo alla ricerca di ragazzi e ragazze neolaureati STEM da inserire come IT Regulation Governance all'interno della IT Governance and Architecture della Area di coordinamento Group Technology del Gruppo Intesa Sanpaolo, sviluppare e mantenere aggiornati i processi per il presidio e monitoraggio dei piani di rientro in ambito Audit, Regulators, Cybersecurity attraverso il supporto alle strutture IT nella rilevazione di nuove esigenze di monitoraggio e controllo a seguito di evoluzioni legislative, tecnologiche o di contesto.
Le principali attività riguardano il supporto alle attività di ideazione, definizione, aggiornamento e monitoraggio dei presidi organizzativi e tecnologici IT attraverso un approccio olistico e globale e sulla base dei principali framework internazionali per l'IT Governance.
