- Educational Background in International Marketing, Sport Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
- +5 years of professional experience in the sporting goods industry, preferably in Apparel & Footwear.

- Prior experience on a global brand or in a global management role.

JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the BRAND MANAGEMENT HEAD - AFA, GOGGLES, HELMETS, and working closely with the cross functional teams the candidate's mission is to drive the Category strategy & GTM execution in line with the Sports Channel industry standards, ensuring effective sell in and sell out of key product categories: AFA (apparel, footwear & accessories).
She/he will drive revenue and volumes in line with the company's overall goals and objectives, and in addition will help develop specific projects assigned to them coordinating with internal as well as external stakeholders.
The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders within Luxottica corporate, AFA Product and Merchandising team, Regional Business brand managers as well as the broader Oakley marketing organization to ensure internal alignment and integration as well as excellent execution of the strategy.
Challenges will include long working hours considering the West coast time zone of Oakley Headquarter, multiple stakeholders included in business processes and decision making.
This role requires a passionate, agile, articulate, and entrepreneurial candidate that embodies the Oakley values.
