- Raccolta, definizione e analisi dei requisiti funzionali per la progettazione dei customer journeys e dei flows di comunicazione
- Gestione e Ottimizzazione di Campagne Multicanale utilizzando piattaforme di marketing automation (e-mail, SMS, push notification), integrando segmentazione avanzata dei clienti per l'invio di comunicazioni personalizzate
- Analisi dei dati per ottimizzare l'engagement e il ROI
- Impostazione e creazione della governance dei dati del cliente per garantire la coerenza delle informazioni tra diversi sistemi e canali
- Fornire supporto tecnico ai team di marketing per garantire il corretto utilizzo delle soluzioni tecnologiche
- Analisi e ottimizzazione UX/UI collaborando con i team IT e Design per migliorare l'esperienza dell'utente
- Laurea in IT/Economia/Ingegneria Gestionale o settori affini
- 3-4 anni di esperienza preferibilmente maturati in società di consulenza, digital agency o su brand con ruolo analogo
- Ottime capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione
- Ottime capacità di analisi, calcolo tecnico/economico e problem solving
- Eccellente padronanza di Excel e Power point
- Esperienza diretta su piattaforma di marketing Automation e di AB/Testin
- Buona conoscenza della lingua ingles
- Lavoro a tempo indeterminato
- Flessibilità 10 giorni al mese
