What are your responsibilities as Customer Service?- Support to provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients- Understand how to respond to inquiries and follow ups through the use of our systems- Learn to organize your workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands- Learn how to navigate between multiple IT systems quickly and accurately- Learn to adhere to team quality standards for preparing client forms and submitting documents- Assist with special projects as needed- Learn to maintain and grow existing customer businesses by providing outstanding service- Learn to find your own innovative solutions to challenges faced by some of the world's leading companies. Interacts with the customers (via Support Portal, mail, phone) about the issues and monitors the resolution process providing frequent feedback about the status of each incident.- Supports coworkers and promotes a positive work environment.- Help to anticipates unpleasant situations and does quickly escalate critical issues.


What should you bring to CCH Tagetik part of Wolters Kluwer- Degree in Economics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or other relevant specializations- Proven analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.- Ability to effectively contribute to clients' maximizing the potential of analytics and information to support their business objectives.- Positive attitude and excited working within teams of diversified skills- Ability to share insights and complex analysis results effectively.

- Proficient user of MS Office- Good interpersonal and communications skills in English- Fast-learner, resourceful, with good problem-solving skills- Detail-oriented, creative, and result driven, with strong operational mindset- Decisive, with a "get it done" and "deliver results" mentality- Must possess good organizational and planning abilities including incident management skill- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt quickly to new situations- Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement- Knowledge of German Language is a plus
