Team Overview and Job responsibilities

The activity consists in performing test on raw material and final products to define typical chemicalphysical properties.

Here below a list of characterization techniques:

Thermal analysis (for transition phase determination
melting / crystallization)-
Mechanical analysis (elongation / strength / modulus vs temperature)-
Chemical analysis (spectroscopy methods)-
Sensitivity to environmental stresses evaluation (ex: humidity / heat / mechanical stresses)-
Microscopy analysis (optical and electron microscopy)
Core responsibilities:
Preparation of samples for characterization activity (by microextruder, micro press)-
Test execution-
Data collection-
Data critical analysis (relationship between properties and process conditions)
Who are we looking for?
Degree in material science, chemistry, chemical and material engineering, CTF, biology-
Attitude to deeply analyze different aspects of products (from raw materials to final products)-
Passionate of laboratory activities-
Attitude to study relationship between data and phenomena-
Learning and adapting ability depending on problem solving needs-
Ability to work in team
