The team, position & mission:

Your key areas of responsibility as a Researcher:

  • Student recruitment, career fairs and guest lectures
Contribute to the team's knowledge and development

  • An interest in the Talent Acqusition field and desire to learn more
  • A bachelor's degree in HR, organizational psychology or similar
  • A structured way of working and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Excellent communication skills in both Norwegian and English


It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:

  • Experience with recruitment from part time job, internship or similar
  • Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
