As our
Cybersecurity Project Manager you will manage very complex and global projects, innovate cybersecurity processes, and ensure compliance with evolving security standards and regulations.

This role requires a unique blend of technical cybersecurity expertise, adept project management skills, and a strategic mindset to deliver projects effectively, enhancing our security posture.


Your Responsibilities:


  • Project Leadership and Execution: manage all phases of security projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed quality standards
  • Requirements Gathering and Coordination: supervise the collection of requirements for new cybersecurity projects or solutions, ensuring thorough analysis and alignment with organizational goals
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: work closely with IT, security teams, and external partners to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, fostering effective communication and collaboration
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: proactively identify and assess project risks and security vulnerabilities, developing and implementing strategies to address them

guarantee project alignment with internal security policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, integrating the latest cybersecurity trends and innovations

  • Project Documentation: oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed project documentation, ensuring it reflects organizational standards and project management methodologies

External Vendor Coordination:
manage activities performed by internal and external development teams across software development life cycles, ensuring cohesive progress and quality outputs

  • Cybersecurity Innovation: lead efforts to develop and implement new cybersecurity processes or management systems that optimize security in line with quality, safety, and sustainability standards
  • Cybersecurity Collaboration: maintain active communication with the Cybersecurity team to identify emerging threats and develop strategic project initiatives for remediation
  • Reporting and Communication: coordinate regular reporting on team performance and project progress, articulating the value and impact of new projects and technologies to the business

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) and/or cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM) are highly desirable
  • Proven track record in project management, specifically in managing security initiatives within an IT environment
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, IT security technologies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines
