    Chia Laguna Resort, Sardinia - with 425 rooms is a set of three hotels offering a variety of restaurants and bars, spas, extensive meeting facilities and boasts the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia: the 5-star Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, a brand that includes independent hotels and resorts, selected on the basis of their distinctive character; the 5-star luxury Hotel Laguna, which will welcome its guests in 2022 under the sign of Conrad Hotels & Resorts, a luxury brand for the first time in Italy, which offers a collection of hotels for refined travellers; and finally, particularly suitable for families with children, the Chia Laguna - Hotel Village, an oasis of tranquillity surrounded by Mediterranean scrub gardens where children can run happily and carefree.

    rooms with a leading luxury spa, one of the most important destinations in Tuscany and a member of the Leading Hotels of the World.


    • Bagni di Pisa Palace Thermal & Spa, Tuscany - 61
    rooms, historic spa with natural warm waters and first-rate facilities; member of the Leading Hotels of the World.


    • Le Massif Hotel & Lodge, Valle D'Aosta - 80
    rooms, ski resort with a distinct chalet atmosphere in its design, affiliated with The Leading Hotels of the World. The hotel features alsoat the top of the mountain with restaurant and bar along with Kids Club.


    MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

    ØA minimum of 3 years ina revenue management and/or analytical role.

    ØPreferred Experience:

    oExperience in an international hotel chain or hotel group.

    oExperience in a luxury hotel.

    oExperience in a Resort environment.

    ØOperation knowledge ofany of the following systems:

    oSynexis, Vertical Booking, Protel PMS,CRS/CRO Software.

    ØAdvanced Excel and strongnumeracy and analytical skills.

    ØHigh-level presentationskills via PowerPoint or other tools.

    ØNative or fluent inItalian and English (written and spoken)

    ØMust be EU Citizen orin possession of Italian work visa.

    OBJECTIVE OF THIS ROLE

    The Cluster Revenue Manager will work with the Group Director ofRevenue Strategy & Distribution to coordinate and implement all revenuestrategies.

    He/She works closely with the sales and marketing teams as well asthe operations teams in each hotel.

    Responsible for delivering all aspects of pricing, demand analysis,yield management, business mix optimisation, selling strategies, distributionand intermediary strategy and tactics to maximise revenue growth, profitcontribution and market share, working closely with the on-propertyreservations and C&E team.

    He/She reports to the Group Director of Revenue Strategy &Distribution

    Office Location: Milano

    Travel: occasional as required

    ØOversee revenue managementand distribution strategy of the hotel and coordinate day to day yieldoperations.

    ØEnsure all relatedsystems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity

    ØDaily pick-up analysis,strategy adjustments and reporting.

    ØExperience leadingdaily and weekly commercial meetings on forward looking issues such as bookingpace, performance analysis and put in place action plans.

    ØPerform competitivebenchmark studies and follow market trends.

    ØCreate and maintain 13months rolling demand calendar.

    ØCreate and developpricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.

    ØProvide weekly dynamicrolling forecast of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.

    ØOversee strategy forall 3rd party distribution.

    ØResponsible forassessing, analysing and pricing group business strategies.

    ØAnalyse overall monthlyhotel performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improvelong term strategies.

    ØEnsure web site bookingprocess is maintained up-to-date and functional.

    ØEnsure hotel personnelis fully competent in the use of all systems.

    ØRegularly check theinput and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).

    ØEvaluate performance ofdistribution partners and contracted rates (OTA, FIT, tour operator, corporate,consortia, groups, etc).

    ØReduce the cost ofdistribution by finding new less expensive means of delivering business

    ØPrepare outline for andsupport the annual revenue budget process.

    ØAny other reasonablerequests made by management.
