We are looking for a talented
Student Success Coordinator for our Center in Milan.
The Student Success Coordinator will serve as the primary on-site advocate for supporting students. The SSC will serve as a resource to help triage any student issues and concerns.

In addition, the SSC is responsible for assisting the Director in ensuring prompt resolution of issues by appropriate Center personnel.

The SSC will routinely document, monitor, and escalate student issues.

We are looking for a brilliant graduate, English mother tongue or bilingual Italian and English. We would greatly appreciate someone who studied abroad and with good knowledge of the US culture.


Required Qualifications:

- minimum of Bachelor's degree in liberal arts, social sciences, education, social work, or related field.

  • Strong familiarity with US Collegiate academic and social cultures
  • Experience living and/or studying abroad required
  • Nearnative command of the English language
  • Proficient in Italian
  • Legal ability to work in country
  • Experience within the U.S. university system and/or working with U.S. university students
  • Meaningful understanding of students from a variety of personal, social, economic, and academic backgrounds, especially those from historically underrepresented and marginalized identities
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, motivate, and form strong professional relationships

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary

Contract length: 12 months

Expected Start Date: 09/06/2024
