About the job:


Your tasks:


  • Creates spare part / consumable FUN and created ticket for MD to enter data into SAP
  • High level product technical knowledge ideally appliances
  • Defines classification (PG/AF / Product Hierarchy)
  • Collects all needed information / data from production, suppliers etc.
  • Defines Market-Introduction Date (global & local)
  • Works with the category manager to set EndofLife Date (global & local)
  • Defines and govern the naming convention
  • Agrees to the creation of new characteristics & values
  • Delivers needed documentation/ pictures
  • Create & maintain product characteristics in FUN and weights & dimensions

Requirements:


  • Experience in creating technical documentation, preferably in the context of postsales support
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely
  • Knowledge of major document creation and management tools (SAP, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously
  • Customeroriented mindset and the ability to respond promptly and effectively to technical support requests
  • Basic knowledge of products or services in the specific industry of the company
