    On behalf of our Client, a leading investment banking group with extensive experience in executing large and complex transactions, we are currently seeking to recruit a Senior Accounts Officer to join their team in Nicosia. The successful candidate must have the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. If you are ready for the next step in your career, send us your CV today MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Record entries in line with the accounting cycle and procedures of the Accounting Department
  • Handle invoices, expenses and payments
  • Perform banks, suppliers and ledger reconciliations
  • Establish relationships and liaise effectively with banks and suppliers
  • Assist the Financial Controller in completing tasks for the various offices of the Group
  • Provide assistance in the preparation of internal and external reporting (including Tax, VAT & VIES reporting)
    • CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • University Graduate with a Degree in Accounting or relevant field (partial or fully completed ACCA/ ACA studies)
  • Prior book-keeping experience of a minimum of 3 years is a must
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek languages are essential
  • Proven writing, communication, teamwork, multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize work
  • Consistent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Complete proficiency in MS office

  • Discretionary performance-based bonus
