    Descrizione del ruolo Siamo alla ricerca di un/una chef de rang per il nostro ristorante con sede di lavoro a Milano. In questo ruolo full time e in presenza, il/la candidato/a sarà responsabile di assicurare un servizio clienti di alta qualità, accogliendo gli ospiti e garantendo una straordinaria esperienza culinaria. Tra i compiti quotidiani rientrano la gestione della sala, il coordinamento con la cucina per garantire la fluidità del servizio, e l'attenzione ai dettagli nella presentazione dei piatti e nella cura degli ospiti. È essenziale dimostrare eccellenti capacità comunicative e un approccio professionale verso il servizio clienti.
    Qualifiche

    • Competenze nell'ospitalità e nella gestione del servizio in sala, con particolare attenzione ai dettagli e all'accoglienza.
    • Esperienza pregressa nel servizio di alta ristorazione, preferibilmente in contesti fine dining o stellati.
    • Conoscenze di base della cultura e della cucina giapponese sono un plus per offrire un servizio informato e pertinente agli ospiti.
    • Eccellenti capacità comunicative e interpersonali, unite a una naturale predisposizione al lavoro di squadra.
    • Flessibilità, professionalità e capacità di gestire situazioni di lavoro impegnative in un ambiente dinamico.
    • Conoscenza di lingue straniere, in particolare l'inglese, è altamente apprezzata.
