Main responsibilities:


  • Issue customers invoice
  • Book suppliers' invoices and customer invoices
  • Book bank movements
  • Prepare and release suppliers payments
  • Book general ledger registrations
  • Credit collection
  • Generic administrative activities
  • Handle financial and business transactions
  • Write and file reports

Title of study, experience and other knowledge required - Technical skills:

  • Degree in economics
  • Swiss accounting principles
  • Familiarity with modern administrative practices, procedures and equipment;
- familiarity with fiscal and budgetary practices, purchasing and office management;
- ability to read, write, speak, understand and communicate in English
- experience in SAP is a plus
