    Il candidato scelto per lo Stage CURRICULARE in Market Access & Government Affairs sarà coinvolto in progetti dell'unità Government Affairs , nell'analisi dell'evoluzione dello scenario politico e del monitoraggio dei lavori di Governo, Parlamento e Regioni, nonché nell'aggiornamento continuo sui temi relativi al settore sanitario e farmaceutico, con un focus specifico sulle aree di interesse per Bristol-Myers Squibb .

    Il candidato acquisirà competenze fondamentali su :
    • Funzionamento e composizione di Governo, Parlamento e Regioni ed il relativo quadro normativo e di competenze riguardanti il settore sanitario e farmaceutico;
    • Procedimento di approvazione delle leggi e degli altri atti di competenza governativa e parlamentare, con uno specifico approfondimento sulla legislazione sanitaria e farmaceutica e la relativa governance a livello nazionale e locale;
    • Elementi specifici relativi al ciclo di vita di un farmaco, dall'immissione in commercio alla perdita del brevetto, e al c.d. patient journey;
    • Preparazione di report, analisi, documenti e note di approfondimento, position papers;
    • Funzionamento di una organizzazione complessa e del settore Market Access & Government Affairs.
    Il candidato/a ideale avrà le seguenti caratteristiche:
    • Prossimo conseguimento della Laurea (Magistrale o Specialistica - 5 anni) in materie economiche o umanistiche
    • Prossimo conseguimento del Master in Relazioni Istituzionali (requisito preferenziale)
    • Buon utilizzo di Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Capacità di analisi, con un'eccezionale attenzione ai dettagli, eccellenti capacità organizzative e capacità di stabilire efficacemente le priorità
    • Self-starter e veloce a imparare, con la capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e collaborativo
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese ed italiana

    On-site Protocol

    BMS has a diverse occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:

    Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility. For these roles, onsite presence is considered an essential job function and is critical to collaboration, innovation, productivity, and a positive Company culture. For field-based and remote-by-design roles the ability to physically travel to visit customers, patients or business partners and to attend meetings on behalf of BMS as directed is an essential job function.
