Adecco Pisa is looking for a Technical Service Engineer for a robotics company specializing in microsurgery.
The role will involve providing technical support on systems in use, performing both regular and extraordinary maintenance activities, and updates in accordance with approved work instructions and required regulatory documentation. Responsibilities also include reworking systems, sub-assemblies, and components returning from sites at the Italian headquarters; participating, when required, in system assembly operations in collaboration with the production department, by studying and appropriately interpreting the relevant instructions, design specifications, and parts lists; managing the spare parts inventory and service tools, ensuring that all parts and tools are properly tracked, compatible with field systems, and maintained calibrated; identifying any defective components and managing their flow in accordance with company procedures; actively contributing to maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment; keeping accurate and updated documentation related to all production and maintenance activities in a timely manner to ensure continuous traceability of systems, their configuration, and related spare parts; maintaining annual compliance with training requirements to meet company, industry, and customer site needs.
