We are currently looking for a Global HR Officer Trainee to join our HR Tech & Digital Group teams._
Your opportunity:_
You will provide support to the Human Resources Director of Kering Technologies & Kering Clients & Digital on all human resources issues, on an international scope (Europe, APAC, AMER)._
How you will contribute_
After an induction on our tools and processes, you will be involved in:_

- _Preparation, monitoring of KPIs and analyzes on the workforce in collaboration with the HRD_
- _The update of the TECH & DIGITAL Roadmap, the preparation of some presentations_
- _The consolidation of some Ww reporting (Recruitment, Talents, Mobility, New hires, Interviews)_
- _The Back office on some administrative files_
- _Participation in some HR projects (scouting on HR Tech and Digital trends)_

Who you are_
You have a first experience in an internship or apprenticeship in Human Resources, Human Sciences or communication_

- _You have the necessary maturity to manage data and perform initial analyzes_
- _Organized, you show meticulousness to ensure quality work_
- _You master the office package_
- _You speak English + French or Italian_
