- Perform audits and assessments in the HQ Departments and the Group's subsidiaries.
- Carry out follow-up audits to assess the implementation of corrective measures from audit reports.
- Support in continuous monitoring processes to ensure timely implementation of action plans.
- Assist in relevant activities like preparing reports and presentations for control and governance bodies.
- Stay updated on professional evolution and best practices contributing to departmental projects.
- Hold a Master's degree in Economics or similar field.
- Have an analytical mindset to identify potential audit issues and propose solutions.
- Possess knowledge of compliance matters such as privacy, market abuse, and Corporate Governance Code.
- Are highly motivated, proactive, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to work with multiple colleagues, welcoming new ideas and writing comprehensive reports.
- 6-month internship at our Global Headquarters in Milan.
