The Brunelleschi Hotel in Florence is looking for a:

Doorman

Responsibilities:

Greet guests by name and with a warm smile;
Deliver luggage to reception upon checkin and pick up luggage from reception upon departure;
Ensure that the external area is in order and well maintained;
Greet all guests passing through lobby and offer them assistance;
Provide guests with directions and information about the city;
Carry out duties related to valet parking;
Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism;

We require:

Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Italian and English;
Previous experience in a luxury environment is considered a must
