    Are you an analytical person who enjoys working on sales process optimization?

    Would you like to join an international team in a dynamic and evolving multinational company?

    Arcese is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist for our FTL Business Unit in Rovereto.

    YOUR CHALLENGES WILL BE:

    • Supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring the effective use of tools and resources
    • Generating regular and ad-hoc sales reports for the sales team and management
    • Supporting to set up measurable sales target (KPIs) and monitor and evaluate the achievement per quarter
    • Overseeing the usage and maintenance of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
    • Collaborating with FTL Pricing, Central Sales Back Office, FTL Sales teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
    • Conducting market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities
    • Analysing customer feedback and collaborate with the FTL sales team to address issues and improve customer experience and satisfaction
    • Coaching and training the sales force on company's processes and tools
    • Managing the business review (Weekly, monthly, quarterly) as pipeline, opportunity and revenue's growth vs target

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • You are very analytical and you want to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
    • You have a bachelor's degree in economics, business, or a related field
    • You have a Proven experience of 3-5 years as a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role, working in the freight sector is a plus
    • You are an expert using Office tools (eg. Excell, Power point, etc )
    • You are a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) and data analysis master
    • You are very fluent in English
