These are all the functions based in Parma supporting the business: Global HR, Global ICT, Global Finance, Global Communication and Public Affairs, Shared Values & Sustainability, Corporate Internal Auditing, Global Strategy & Corporate Development, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Global Procurement.

Who we are looking for

Main Responsibilities

Manage the issuance of export documentation (invoices, declarations, certificates of origin, preferential origin declarations, etc.) for shipping purposes;
Control the accuracy of customs documents;
Process intraUE invoicing (including Electronic invoicing);
Control of import documentation, process and ensure accuracy of customs documentation;
Relation with customs brokers, freight forwarders, banks and other service providers;
Process letter of credit and CAD payments.

Experience Required

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role

Education

Either academic or high-school diploma

Languages

Intermediate English
Fluent Italian

Technical Skills

Knowledge of procedures related to importing and exporting, customs and fiscal rules and regulations, incoterms, export payment terms;
Microsoft Office package;
SAP (as a nice to have).
