- Analizzare i tools di profittabilità sviluppati da EMEA (FIE 25%, IU+) per estrarne informazioni utili alla creazione del piano di ottimizzazione inventariale e di utilizzo degli assets aziendali.
- Supportare le review mensili per il monitoraggio delle azioni di riduzione e/o incremento inventariale attraverso un'analisi puntuale a livello di capo area.
- Sviluppare ulteriori ad hoc deep dives se richiesto.
- Fornire le informazioni richieste per la preparazione dei meeting IBP per le diverse Business Units.
- Monitorare il piano di esecuzione attraverso l'utilizzo di KPIs e tools di tracking.
- Creare il necessario reporting per guidare le review settimanali e mensili con il Management.
- Supportare la forza vendita nell'execution del piano guidando le necessarie azioni correttive laddove richiesto.
- Interfacciarsi con il team del Planning, Inventory, Customer Service e Warehouse per il corretto monitoraggio dello stato di avanzamento del piano di ottimizzazione.
- Supportare la revisione dei processi di gestione e ottimizzazione inventariale utilizzando i metodi lean/continuous improvement collaborando con le diverse funzioni aziendali coinvolte.
- Supportare il team Inventory sulle attività di Audit finalizzate alla verifica delle attività inventariali.
- In collaborazione del team del Planning, guidare il business sulle opportunità di redeployment degli assets aziendali utilizzando gli strumenti analitici aziendali.
- Esperienza in ruoli Commercial/Customer facing.
- Master / specializzazione in campi analoghi.
- Certificazione APICS.
- Esperienza nella gestione di grandi set di dati, strumenti di acquisizione, trasformazione e visualizzazione dei dati (ad esempio Microsoft Excel, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, PowerBI ecc.).
- Attenzione ai dettagli, pensiero laterale e problem solving.
- Dimostrate capacità concettuali, analitiche e pensiero logico con competenze di modellazione statistica/analisi dei dati.
- Capacità di influenzare il processo decisionale attraverso l'uso dei dati.
- Buone doti di comunicazione.
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua italiana.
- Buon livello di inglese.
