Join us in our People & Culture (HR) department team and you will execute the Product & Experience Delivery (P&ED) strategy leveraging on data analytics and on employee experience to co-create and efficiently deploy solutions, scaling up program/projects with a collaborative mind-set.


You will provide support to business, employees and P&C Team ensuring efficient, precise, timely and cost-effective services in personnel administration and domestic relocation, following local statutory, labour law legislation, international legislation, PMI requirements.

You also will perform operational tasks that cannot be covered by SSC due to legal requirements and face to face contact

  • We provide endtoend core services around Employee Care, Payroll, Benefits and Personnel Administration.
  • We partner across P&C to deliver services around Talent Acquisition, Learning, Performance, Talent and Total Reward.
  • We create and deliver ondemand services and solutions to support evolving business strategies.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION: Lead processes and documentation flows related to all the employee lifecycle events (including reorganizations) in a timely manner supporting business and P&C team, ensuring respect of Labour Law and PMI procedures and collaborating with Employee Care team (EC) ensuring correct and timely data processing.
Manages agencies' employees and suppliers. Processes mandatory information to authorities and ensures absolute compliance to confidentiality and documentation storage principles of the company and legislation. Provides support and collaborates with EC ensuring a proper service delivery eventually reviewing processes for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • COOPERATION WITH PMI P&

C COMMUNITY AND DATA ANALYTICS:

Closely cooperates with EC, local P&C Managers and Directors by providing them with all information and services required to ensure proper management of employees, analysing data and proposing solutions that ensure the respect of relevant laws, CLAs, business KPI's and commitments taken with work councils.


  • LOCAL/

GLOBAL PROJECTS AND EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE:

Participates to Local and global initiatives/projects, supports the deployment in the affiliate collaborating with other functions or directly managing the project.

Promotes the usage and uses Employee experience tools and leverages on employee listening & continuous improvement mindset in the affiliate for improving services in the P&ED area and in all the areas where employees are customers, collaborating with central team.


  • EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: Collaborates with P&C Manager and internal and external legal in the proper management of the relevant litigations.
Provides inputs for Labour Relations framework and supports P&C Managers in preparation of impact analysis. Supports the preparation and proper management of disciplinary actions collaborating constantly with P&C Managers.

  • BUDGET &

ACCRUALS:

Manages the costs into the area of responsibility, processing Purchase orders monitors running expenses and preparing inputs for monthly & year-end accruals to observe the budget.


Who we're looking for:

  • Graduation in Economics or similar.
  • 3+ years' experience in various HR areas
  • Extensive P&C process and transaction experience
  • Knowledge of P&C metrics and their applicability, reporting analytics and capability to produce insights
  • Personal computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Employees Experience basic tools, eNPS
  • Strong communication skills & flexibility to understand different perspectives
  • Ownership and collaboration skills
  • Proven Employee-Centric solutions approach based on feedback and iteration
  • Act as Partner with P&C and business stakeholders
  • High learning agility and seek ideas to continuously improve and innovate
  • Ability to manage people indirectly in projects leading change actions, confidence to manage different and complex stakeholders and opening to provide and receive feedback
  • Fluent Italian and English.
