Mission:


You will join the Accounting & Finance department of Société Générale Milan Branch, on the Regulatory Reporting perimeter and you will be responsible for the production of regulatory reporting sent to the Bank of Italy.

You will also be involved in some Accounting and Tax activities, such as account reconciliations, account payables and account receivables, both on the Branch and on some Special Purpose Vehicles managed by the department.


Tasks and responsibilities:


  • Supervision of the production performed by a HUB located in Romania
  • Analysis and control of the reports, which must be aligned with the accounting and business data
  • Strict respect of the regulatory deadlines for the sending of the reports to Bank of Italy
  • Regulatory watch to modify the process, when requested by Bank of Italy
  • Continuous improvement of the process
  • Permanent supervision with precise audit trails of the activities performed

Profile required:


Studies & experience:


  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • At least 5 years previous experience on regulatory reporting activities

Language skills:


  • Fluency in Italian and English

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

- good knowledge of MS office suite, with a particular focus on Excel

  • Knowledge of accounting
  • Knowledge of OASI software is a great plus
  • Analytical skills
  • Attention to details and precision
  • Adaptability and proactivity
  • Capacity to organize its work to meet strict deadlines under pressure
  • Ability to work in team as well as autonomously
