- Manage, organize and control production activities, in order to achieve the set production, quality and safety objectives;
- Monitor production performance and implement corrective actions as necessary;
- Develop and implement manufacturing schedules to ensure timely delivery of products with a particular focus on customer satisfaction;
- Supervise the production team and plant operators, providing them with guidance and support in solving problems day by day;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements;
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
- Strong leadership and team management skills and Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Experience in managing production activities in the plastics transformation industry or in a process industry;
- Experience in continuous improvement techniques (Lean & Six Sigma);
- Strong knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, with a strong focus on results, product quality, and customer satisfaction;
- Ability to work in highly structured contexts or in multinational companies;
- Fluent English is a must.
