Reporting to the Service Manager, the role is a figure of backup for the service department, support, reviewing, controlling, and managing service-related processes.

The Service Back-Office is responsible, in collaboration with Help Desk, of customers' requests and preparing commercial offers.

You will have an opportunity to develop your professional career in a highly professional environment, in an operative role.


What you will do:


  • Back office of Service Team creation and management of cases, control, and closure of work orders in Salesforce CRM
  • Monthly reporting activities for Service Team, KPI
  • Data extraction from the system for Invoicing
  • Support transition of the Service Dept. to SAP
  • Commercial back office for quote creation in SAP and interaction with customers
  • Ensure response timing are respected
  • Support Field Service Technicians for travel and flights booking
  • Support other depts when required
  • Ability to understand, follow and optimize defined process flows
  • Temporary Backup of Planner figure.
  • Interaction with customers, using Company tools

What you need to have:


  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
  • Good level of English
  • Knowledge of Excel for data extraction and processing from Salesforce, for billing and KPIs purpose
  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • General knowledge of common Microsoft software tools
  • Ability to follow procedures and plan time effectively
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Adaptability to situations to be managed quickly, as well under stress
  • Ability to work in team
  • Some flexibility with working hours may be required
  • Capable problem solver who uses reporting and data analytics to create effective solutions
  • Capable to interface effectively with other functional teams in order to check and gather the correct data
