    In this role you will:
    Act as the key account manager in the data centre team, developing client relationships based upon partnership and trustUse your business development skills to engage new clients as well as repeat projects with existing clientsOversee key strategic client projectsApply your wealth of cost management experience to achieve all project deliverables within contract performance measuresExpertly negotiate contract terms and commercial agreements with external clients and contractorsFoster top performance and growth for your employees via excellent mentorship and leadershipLead your team to deliver impeccable quality and client valueWe would love to hear from you if you:Have strong operational management experience in a dynamic environmentHave experience in pre- and post-contract cost management within Data CentresHave 10+ years' experience in construction with previous cost management experience in the data centre sectorHave confidence to head up meetings with clientsHave a degree or comparable experience in a cost management or quantity surveyingAre chartered and ideally a member of the RICSAre an excellent communicator verbally and in writingThrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun
