The MARTINI Brand Homes Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving footfall to MARTINI

Brand Homes:
CASA MARTINI & TERRAZZA MARTINI MILANO. Helping to grow the brand globally through leveraging advocacy both through paying visitors and invited guests from all audiences.


This is a key marketing role responsible for all internal/external communication from a premium brand home, including ticket sales, and marketing the events business.

This role encompasses all elements of marketing from digital/social, CRM, print media and press as well as active field sales and includes responsibility for the Brand Homes A&P budget and strategy, in accordance with MARTINI Brand Home Manager.

Working closely with MARTINI brand marketing team to ensure consistency and correct look and feel - the key function is to drive business to the Brand Homes.


Working closely with the Global brand team on branded CRM platforms and driving online social media content with our consumers.


Drive the marketing, media relations and communications campaign for the MARTINI Brand Homes at a local level (in conjunction with Global and Italy marketing teams).

Drive eShop from all commercial aspects, including data analysis, strategy definition and adv marketing plan management.

Manage partnership with Online Travel Agency to attract footfall for Casa Martini experience.


Driving an A&P campaign to deliver the 50k expected guests, as well as increase revenue streams by developing and managing the related sales.

Overall to manage outward face of the visitor center across all aspects and deliver profitable revenue from events.

Success for this role right now would be;

  • Achieving 50K visitors per year by FY2
  • Group operator visits
  • Managing all feedback from the experience primarily external guests (TripAdvisor, Social Media, Zendesk, etc)
  • Driving digital campaigns to help achieve the above and drive advocacy
  • Working very closely under/with the Italy & Global brand team to stay up to date with current Brand Visual Identity/marketing platforms, and always remain 'on brand'.

Responsibilities:


Main scope of role

Promotion/Marketing Management and Direct Sale

  • Responsible for the creation and running of all A&P platforms to drive footfall to site with regular updates on results.
  • Create, develop and implement a fully integrated Marketing strategy for MARTINI Brand Homes, monitoring campaign effectiveness including promotions ROI.
  • Driving target market to site (35% 2535yr old)
  • Leverage the established tourism culture in the Region to drive footfall to the BHs.
  • Look for new commercial opportunities to expand the bottom line.
  • Strategically drive business and revenue through digital communication e.g. website and third party online presence, social networks, TripAdvisor, social media, SEO, and develop relationships with Online Travel Agencies.
  • Proactive field sales activity to maximize commercial potential through partners, including tour operators
  • Manage eShop sales and promotions
  • Manage online ticket sales and thirdparty ticketing for the visitor center to maximize reach and provide an efficient booking system operationally
  • Responsible for all media buying for the Brand Homes
  • Create new PR and promotional activities to drive footfall through the Brand Home and raise awareness.
  • Working in partnership with Global and local marketing teams to attract the target market, while also delivering revenue from events and general visitor numbers.
  • Manage customer feedback processes (complaints/praise) through onsite, written feedback as well as digital outlets (Trip advisor etc.) and general media relations in a timely manner.
  • Drive group travel operators to site to help fulfill footfall targets and manage relationships.
  • Working in partnership with tour operators to achieve the 50K target by FY2
  • Keeping the BHs front of mind within the Tourism Industry, including award submissions.
  • Manage customer databases, and outgoing communications policy for consumers i.e. "friends of MARTINI" style approach and maintain communications dialogue also under the guidance of the brand team & wider business CRM plans also have experience in comparable social media/digital marketing platforms with good results.
  • Work in partnership with Turismo Torino and similar bodies to coordinate marketing activity & PR
  • Build relationships and liaise with the local community on charity and event sponsorship, engagement, leveraging all opportunities as well as general community relations manage all communications on a local level.

Events & Experience

  • Work closely to the MARTINI Brand Homes Team, especially with Event Manager on site to ensure a quality, well organized offering is provided for events befitting the brand.
