HR GENERALIST

Posizione:

Job position:

We are looking for a professional with
2 / 3 years of experience, who is fluent in English both spoken and written, and has a good knowledge of the main HR management tools.

Together with the HR Manager and 1 staff member enhances the HR department with specific attention to the following tasks:

recruitment of the best talent through a recruiting process;

- preparation of job descriptions consistent with the organization;
- promotion of company branding to attract/retain talents;

HR administrative activities;

- support for HR projects;
- reporting mainly in excel about costs, travel expenses, etc.

Requisiti:

Requirements:

Master's degree in HR or titles consistent with the position;
2 / 3 years of experience in the role, in medium size companies;
Excellent English both spoken and written that allows a continuous comparison and professional exchange with colleagues in the region and leadership (not Italian);
Knowledge of the Microsoft office Suite, SAP, Workday and the main HR management tools.

Altre informazioni:

Autonomy, precision, strong attention to the internal customer, high discretion and confidentiality attitude, motivation and operation are the main soft skills required.

Organization and ability to work in team and in situations of stress and high workload complete the profile.
