Biomarkers Field Project Manager (Sud Italia)

Job Purpose


As a Biomarkers Field Project Manager (Sud Italia), you will be responsible for participating to the development of strategic account plans in collaboration with Area Managers and Brand Managers to create a joint business planning, meeting customer expectations at highest level within GSK standards and values, integrating different brand activity plans within a promotional grid with Marketing and Sales Lead, actively participating to the 'commercial triangle' together with Brands & Sales.


Area of competences:
Sicilia, Calabria, Campania, Basilicata, Puglia, Abruzzo, Molise.


Responsibilities will include the following:


  • Engage with customers and external stakeholders at min 75% or more time to make sure the delivery of Brand strategy.
  • Build strong key account & brand plans together with Brand Marketing and Area Manager.
  • Deeply understand key accounts strategy (do's and don'ts at point of sales) and implement Account Management strategy accordingly with Area Managers and in line with Brand strategy.
  • Manage local congresses and GSK promotional events.
  • Understand business analytics and respond accordingly to ensure customer engagement.
  • Appropriately engage with Medical to gain customer insights from External Experts and key customer groups to ensure deep customer insights and respond to customer needs.
  • Work with the Salesforce in creating and spreading the Value Proposition of our product.
  • Understand Customer needs and be responsible to translate that into insights to future marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with 3rd party vendors in terms of local implementation.
  • Manage the resources allocated for specific projects.

  • PhD or University Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or similar.
  • Previous experience in pharma or diagnostics companies in Oncology Medical and/or Commercial roles.
  • Strong strategic capability including proven success in activity implementation.
  • Knowledge of local Code of Promotion.
  • Excellence in execution: prioritization, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving.
  • Key Opinion Leaders' relationship and management.
