The role, reporting to the
Parts & Services Director Italy, will be responsible for the following activities:

Management, monitoring and improvement of the quality and efficiency of the external service centers
Define and implement client fidelity strategies leveraging on service centers to monitor the lifecycle of our products
Define and implement long term service contracts and clients' maintenance programs
Scouting and analysis of new business opportunities in collaboration with the Sales Area Manager
Development of activities aimed to increase the installed park and the services sold
Recruitment of new installers in collaboration with the Service Centers
Increase the Parts & Services turnover of the reference area
Maintain and increase the service level of the Service Centers in the area of responsibility
Guarantee the homogeneity of service logics within the area of competence

- a Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering

5 years of experience in similar roles gained in the semidurable goods industry

- a good knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good communication skills, strong results and business orientation, initiative and organization will complete the profile.
