Your skills:
Three to four (3-4) years' experience providing IT Infrastructure field support
Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and peripherals
Basic knowledge of enterprise LAN and WAN setups and concepts
Skilled in desk side support and PC break/fix including basic administration of Windows O/S
Fluent in Finnish and conversational in English

Your Tasks:

Installs, moves, adds, changes (IMAC)
Operational monitoring
Incident and Problem determination and resolution;
Technical support and breakfix
Software reimaging
Network connectivity within the site
Hands and feet support to Disaster Recovery support activities as needed at supported sites;
Office Equipment support
Conference room equipment
