- •supervise the works in compliance with the provisions established in the special tender specifications;
- •carry out regular site inspections on the Institute's premises, both for works and for ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, supervising the progress of the works;
- •check the business activities, the calculation documentation and the progress of the works;
- •manage site reporting;
- •analyze and manage the authorization documentation (building permits, communications to safety bodies, fire prevention, etc.);
- •monitor the progress of orders;
- •support the testing phases;
- •maintain relations with the technical staff of the companies and the professionals appointed by IIT (DL, DO, CSE, etc.);
- •check the project tables;
- •support the activities of the Design and Construction Office;
- •support the activities of the Operations and Maintenance Office.
- ·Diploma or Degree in the technical field;
- ·Knowledge of the Procurement Code Legislative Decree 36/23 and of the TU 81/08;
- ·Excellent knowledge of applications for drafting graphic projects (Autocad) and bills of quantities;
- ·Knowledge of the management of building practices;
- ·Experience in the planning, management and organization of construction sites, preferably within scientific research institutes, in particular in the field of public procurement;
- ·Good knowledge of the English language;
- ·Knowledge of the main Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
- ·Accuracy and good ability to analyze and search for information.
- ·Knowledge and practice of BIM;
- ·Excellent communication skills;
- ·Strong orientation to problem solving;
- ·Strong motivation to learn and improve;
- ·Excellent time management and ability to prioritize assigned activities;
- ·Ability to work in a challenging and international environment;
