Join us and put your skills and experience to work for social impactAbout the role We are looking for a bright and driven Junior Operations Manager to join our growing Finance & Operations team.
You will work on a range of legal, finance and general operations topics, helping our team scale and reach our ambitious growth targets.
You will report to our COO Victoria and work closely with our Junior Operations Manager and Senior Finance Manager, stakeholders across the organization as well as external consultants.
This is a full-time position - 100% remote.In this role you'll have the opportunity to: Manage our contracts database and continuously optimize contract templates, working closely with internal stakeholders and external legal consultants
Contribute towards other legal topics (e.g. GDPR, compliance)
Research and develop processes to facilitate student payments (e.g. financial support methods, collections)
Identify opportunities and prepare submissions for funding calls, grant applications, etc. at the national and international level
Manage, execute and optimize our procurement processes
Ensure that our internal documentation is concise and up-to-date
Assist with other operations tasks as required
We're looking for someone who is/has: Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, law or a related field
One year of work experience in a similar role (operations, administration etc.), preferably in a startup or tech environment
Very strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Attention to detail, organised and able to manage multiple projects
Strong analytical skills
