- You are the contact person for all FGT process related topics and questions for performance enhancement, plant upgrades and retrofitting of equipment projects, from proposal to execution phase,
- You carry out sizing calculations and prepare process engineering designs, data sheets, performance guarantees documents, PFDs, P&IDs, technical and functional descriptions, logic diagrams, and specify component designs/systems modifications (scrubbers, SCR systems, reagents feeding systems, pumps, piping, ducts, etc.),
- You have experience in and carry out risk analysis (HAZOP, FMEA or alike),
- You ensure correct implementation of the process specifications during engineering and construction phases,
- You support during the execution phase (documents control etc.), commissioning, and testing phases for control and operation optimisation, and customer training,
- You support the preparation of the operation and maintenance manual and as built documentation.
- Trained process / chemical / mechanical / environmental engineer with 5+ years' FGT design experience as process engineer; previous experience in upgrade and retrofits would be a plus.
- You are proficient in the use of CAE tools (COMOS or alike) and MS Office.
- You have an organized, precise, and high-quality work style combined with good communication skills.
- You are fluent in English, other languages would be a plus.
