The Davines Group, founded in Parma in 1983, specializes in professional cosmetic products under the brands Davines for haircare and [ comfort zone ] for skincare.

Led by Chairman Davide Bollati and CEO Anthony Molet, the Group is headquartered in Parma at the Davines Group Village, alongside which stand the Scientific Garden and EROC - European Regenerative Organic Center - a research center focusing on regenerative organic agriculture stemming from a partnership with the Rodale Institute.

Internal Communications & Engagement Specialist (Temporary Contract):

JOB MISSION

The mission of this role will be to act as a facilitator for the Company to guarantee the implementation of internal communications and engagement of all Davines'employees at the worldwide level, with sustainability at the core.


DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work in synergy with our stakeholders with the aim to strengthen our purposedriven storytelling
  • Be responsible for updating and maintaining tools that support the delivery of communications activities, including calendars and templates at the global level (HQ + subsidiaries)
  • Help monitor the Group's internal platforms and their analytics
  • Supporting the development of internal communication projects and organizational announcements
  • Supporting the implementation of internal communications strategy
  • Have regular interactions with other corporate functions HR, Sustainability, R&I..), and brands in daily commsrelated activity
  • Work with the teams to prepare assets to support the delivery of strategic internal communications including newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics.
  • Manage the global corporate LinkedIn account (editorial plan) and support employees' advocacy program.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Communication or Humanities
  • 2+ years' experience working in Internal Communications for a global organization
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Italian
  • Attention to detail with good creativity coupled with execution excellence
  • A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently in a fastpaced and agile environment
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Very strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering the highest quality output
  • The ability to be flexible to changing needs and assignments, effectively prioritizing workload
