- Ensure availability of all IT Infrastructure Services for business operations.
- Collaborate with Regional and country Director on project alignment and common objectives.
- Support Regional/Global projects and enforce infrastructure standards.
- Manage In-Country IT Service Management.
- Lead a team of direct reports.
- Monitor and report Service KPIs.
- Drive Continuous Service Improvement.
- Act as the IT Advisor and primary escalation point.
- Manage Opex & Capex within your domain.
- Participate in local and EMEA innovation activities.
- Oversee license management and new service introductions.
- Extensive experience in IT infrastructure and Service Management.
- 3-5 years in a similar role in multinational environments.
- Proficiency in managing IT resources and budgets.
- Hands-on experience with IT Service Management and end user technologies.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure operations and network technology.
- Familiarity with core business applications such as ERP systems.
- ITIL Service Management Foundation level certification.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Interpersonal skills to engage with senior IT Management and employees.
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
