Il candidato verrà inserito all'interno dell'area Business Consulting nella Practice "Insurance" lavorando in progetti di Trasformazione rivolti al segmento assicurativo svolti presso clienti in Italia e/o all'estero.
Gli ambiti di riferimento saranno quindi principalmente quello dell'innovazione digitale e tecnologica dei servizi assicurativi e beyond.
YOUR CHALLENGES
Il consulente sarà responsabile di supportare le attività di progetto per aiutare le aziende clienti a migliorare i loro processi e servizi. Questo ruolo offre un'opportunità unica per un giovane neolaureato per acquisire esperienza pratica nel mondo della consulenza, lavorando a stretto contatto con team esperti e clienti del settore assicurativo.
Le principali responsabilità saranno quelle di:
•Partecipare, con crescenti responsabilità, a progetti di consulenza riguardanti il process improvement, l'analisi di dettaglio dei processi, l'identificazione delle potenziali aree di efficientamento e di soluzioni tecnologicamente avanzate al fine di migliorare la gestione operativa dei processi.
•Contribuire alla preparazione di presentazioni e report per i clienti, comunicando in modo chiaro e persuasivo le analisi e le raccomandazioni.
•Lavorare in collaborazione con altri consulenti e specialisti del settore insurance per garantire un approccio integrato alle sfide aziendali, usando sinergicamente le diverse competenze presenti all'interno dei diversi team
•Partecipare a programmi di formazione interna per migliorare le proprie competenze tecniche e sociali (soft skills), rimanendo aggiornato sulle best practice del settore.
•Supportare il Gruppo NTT DATA nello sviluppo e nel delivery dell'offering Insurance presso gruppi finanziari con una presenza multinazionale.
REQUIRED SKILLS
•Laurea specialistica in discipline economiche/scientifiche/giuridiche;
•Eccellenti competenze analitiche e quantitative.
•Buona conoscenza di strumenti come Excel, PowerPoint e software di analisi dati.
•Eccellenti capacità comunicative verbali e scritte.
•Orientamento al risultato e attenzione ai dettagli.
•Capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team e di gestire progetti complessi.
•Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
•Disponibilità a trasferte anche continuative in Italia ed Estero.
DESIDERABLE SKILLS
•Aver svolto un'esperienza di studio o lavoro internazionale
•Il possesso di certificazioni o corsi aggiuntivi nel campo della finanza, della consulenza o delle tecnologie
•Conoscenza o interesse per settori specifici all'interno del mondo finanziario, come la tecnologia finanziaria (FinTech) o l'impatto sociale
•Capacità di pensiero creativo e innovativo per affrontare le sfide aziendali in modo unico.
•Abilità avanzate nella creazione e consegna di presentazioni, anche utilizzando strumenti innovativi e multimediali.
