- Du leitest Industrialisierungsprojekte, vom Start der Produktidee bis zur Übergabe an die Serienproduktion
- Du arbeitest an der Gestaltung und Planung von Arbeitsplätzen mit, sowie an der Optimierung des Material- und Informationsflusses
- Planung & Leitung der Workshops für die Auslegung von Anlagen und Logistikkonzepten
- Verantwortung für die Durchführung von Prozess-FMEAS und die Bearbeitung der daraus resultierenden Maßnahmen
- Abgeschlossenes Wirtschaftsingenieurstudium oder vergleichbarer Studiengang
- Experte im Projektmanagement sowie in der Durchführung von Value Stream Design- und 3P-Workshops
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Produktionsumfeld (Smart Factory)
- Ausgeprägte Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, Italienisch, und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
