Commercial Quality Specialist (Hybrid)

This position reports into Commercial Quality Officer and is hybrid: both based at Santa Palomba, Rome, Italy and remote.

What will you do

The Commercial Quality Specialist is responsible for implementation and maintenance of the appropriate Quality Standards and Systems in accordance to the local quality requirements and the planned New Consumer Health Company (Kenvue) quality standards for the operation of Italy as part of the Southern Europe (SE) Cluster.

Key Responsibilities***- Establishing and maintaining the Quality Management System at the corresponding geographical area in alignment with the planned New Consumer Health Company (Kenvue) Enterprise Standards and Quality Policy, worldwide and regional company's applicable procedures and local regulations.

Supporting the Local Head in defining and implementing departmental strategies and services
Participating in the preparation and execution of the Cluster Management Review process and assuring that the process is established and followed.
Partnering with the Italian Business in quality questions & issues and liaison with multiple Quality organizations to drive timely resolution of Quality related issues
Partnering with the CQ team within the SE&F Cluster to optimize and harmonize processes and create synergies in the Cluster
Identifying opportunities to continuously improve quality; leading and supporting improvement opportunities and problem solutions; maintaining understanding and awareness of current and emerging regulations and the impact to quality and distribution practices
Implementing quality assurance programs designed to ensure effective and consistent processes with established standards
The CQ Specialist fulfills the job purpose by performing the following duties and responsibilities with support from the CQ Officer as needed.

Qualifications

What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

At least 24 years of work experience, ideally in Quality Assurance in pharmaceutical, cosmetic or food industry.
University Scientific Degree
Fluency in English
