- Effettuare le visite sulla rete di operatori del Cliente nel pieno rispetto dei KPI definiti e comunicare con i principali referenti di Concessionari, distributori di ricambi e rete autorizzata;
- Implementare le politiche commerciali e verificare l'adesione alle campagne definite da casa madre;
- Attuare piani di recupero volti alla fidelizzazione dei clienti;
- Supportare nella gestione degli ordini;
- Definire un Piano di Azione per ciascuno dei Clienti gestiti;
- Condividere il Piano di Azione con i Clienti gestiti per ottenere il loro commitment sulla strategia;
- Esercitare attività di informazione su tutti i prodotti disponibili e sulle campagne di marketing attive;
- Svolgere attività di prospezione di nuove realtà, identificando potenziali nuove strutture da aggiungere alla rete del brand;
- Garantire la correttezza e la veridicità dei dati di fatturato comunicati ad MSX/Casa Madre;
- Collaborare con gli altri membri del Team della propria Area.
- Pregressa esperienza da 1 a 3 anni nel settore automobilistico, preferibilmente in ambito ricambi, e/o commerciale;
- Utilizzo professionale Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook);
- Ottime capacità di pianificazione;
- Ottime doti commerciali;
- Ottime capacità di analisi e reporting;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta

Responsabilità del ruolo:
Il nostro consulente aftersales dovrà sviluppare il Business Ricambi del cliente attraverso attività di prospezione sul territorio di competenza e contribuire al raggiungimento efficiente degli obiettivi assegnati.
