The impact you will make

For our offices in Roma Fiumicino, the District Logistic Manager
coordinates the planning and distribution of our Fleet in a specific area (Italy Central Region) for our Brands Avis, Budget, Maggiore

:


What you will do

:

Direct and control the activities performed by the fleet distribution function in reviewing and evaluating the availability of fleet vehicles at various locations

:

Manage, analyze data of the fleet district and send them to Operations Department

:

-
Daily District Fleet calls to plan new vehicles or to monitor the decommissioning of them or local distribution

:

Manage travel assignments to vendors, using ETC portal

:

Open and close NRO-NRT
  • RMT
:

Store documents (DDT IN & OUT)

:

Approve PO using CODA

:

Manage people

:

-
Cooperate with operations and commercial departments

:


What we are looking for

:

-
Bachelor's Degree in business or related field (or equivalent in education, experience or training)

:

-
Three or more years in the role, preferably in a vehicle rental or related industry

:

-
Intermediate level of English (written and oral)

:

-
General business knowledge to successfully lead and direct multiple locations

:

-
Excellent management skills

:

-
Strong organizational and analytical skills to track and analyze all appropriate operational measures

:

-
Very strong communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills

:

-
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills. Ability to interact with both internal and external customers at all levels. Ability to manage and motivate staff in a team environment

Availability to travel in the area covered by the role (Italy Central Region)
