Role Description

We are looking for a Consolidation Manager who will be responsible for supporting the finance team in the daily accounting routine under ITA GAAP and IFRS, monthly closing, reconciliations and VAT accuracy.

Main Activities

Support the definition of the closing process of subsidiaries including sharing closing calendar, instructions and reporting format.
Import in the system the accounts of the subsidiaries.
Support the IFRS analysis and accounting for the subsidiaries.
Quarterly consolidate the Italian group (5 companies).
Support the implementation of adequate accounting process in the subsidiaries if needed.
Support for monthly/quarterly reporting.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, (Master's degree preferred).
Relevant experience in audit or in accounting of groups
Team player to collaborate with finance colleagues as well as business units, functional partners (like IT, HR, legal ) and external stakeholders (tax consultants, auditors etc.)
Knowledege of IFRS.
Flexible mindset.
