- Le competenze nell'interpretazione, analisi e definizione delle regole di segnalamento tramite le quali è gestito il traffico ferroviario;
- La capacità di comprendere gli schemi di principio applicabili a diversi contesti ferroviari, definiti tramite reti a relè, reti logiche e requisiti tecnici (Figura 2);

- Laurea in ingegneria (preferibilmente elettronica, elettrica, automazione, telecomunicazioni e informatica), Informatica, Matematica o Fisica;
- Capacità di produrre documentazione in lingua italiana e inglese;
- Propensione alla collaborazione e al lavoro di gruppo, affiancata ad una buona autonomia lavorativa;
- Capacità di seguire un processo con metodo, ordine, attenzione per i dettagli e passione per la qualità del lavoro svolto;
- Capacità di addentrarsi in progetti complessi;
- Conoscenza base dei principi di funzionamento di reti a relè e di reti logiche;
- Capacità di problem solving, orientamento all'obiettivo, forte motivazione, spirito di iniziativa;
- Forte attitudine e propensione a lavorare in team e capacità di gestire interazione tra team che si occupano di diverse attività nel ciclo a V di Sistema;
- Propensione al know-how sharing;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (almeno livello B1 – CEFR).
- Propensione a definire e leggere criticamente specifiche funzionali e di design di Sistema, in italiano e in inglese all'interno del perimetro definito dalle norme di settore applicabili;

NIER Ingegneria è alla ricerca di un Ingegnere junior o con qualche anno di esperienza (middle), preferibilmente laureato/a nelle discipline elettronica, elettrica, automazione, telecomunicazioni, informatica.
Il profilo cercato verrà inserito nel team che si occupa di progettazione e definizione dei Sistemi ferroviari, sia nell'ambito del design di apparati di sicurezza per il controllo e il comando degli enti di piazzale, sia nell'ambito del design di Sistemi ERTMS/ETCS per la gestione, controllo e protezione del traffico ferroviario (un piano schematico di esempio è riportato in Figura 1) e del segnalamento a bordo treno.
