Corporate Finance Grads Italy 2023

Graduates are entry level, fulltime employees who have graduated within 12 months of joining the Bank's Graduate Training programme which encompasses induction, orientation and the continuous development programme.

Employees are classified as graduates for a 12 month period, from the start of the Graduate Training programme.

During your program, you will be in charge of these responsibilities:

You will conduct industry and company analysis as well as company valuations
You will support in the preparation of client presentation materials
You will support in the preparation of financial models
You will assist in the preparation, origination and execution of M&A and other corporate finance transactions
You will interact with different corporate finance products, industry and geographies across Deutsche Bank's leading global platform

Experience & Technical Skills

Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or postgraduate program at a Leading University in the area of Business Administration or Finance with excellent academic credentials or have graduated within twelve months
Prior relevant internships experience in M&A or Equity Capital Markets in a Global Investment Bank/Commercial Bank/Leading M&A Boutique are desirable
Strong corporate finance knowledge
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
Very good written and oral communication skills
Attitude to work in team
Strong proactivity and problem solving skills
Fluency in Italian and English is required (both written and orally)
Very good command of MS Office
