As Group Legal Affairs Specialist, reporting to the Legal Compliance Corporate Affairs Director, you will be responsible for the following activities:

manage trademarks and patents of the Group, assuring consultancy and operative activities, including management of the patent agents

- assure all activities connected to Intellectual Properties issues within the Group (budget, forecast, internal report, Intellectual Property, consultancy)
- guarantee support for some contracts (agencies, NDA, leases agreements, standard contract for not critical amount or strategic items) and extraordinary projects (SAP ERP, standard intercompany agreements, etc.) at Group Level
- support in the pre-judicial activity linked to product defectiveness
- manage third part attachment -seizure ("pignoramenti presso terzi"- art. 543 cc Italian cpc)
- support in general consultancy to the business on legal matters.

The position will be based in Milan; a period of training and induction in our Headquarter in Fabriano is foreseen.

Analytical and organizational capabilities, results-oriented approach, flexibility and entrepreneurship will complete the profile.
English expertise and availability to periodic transfers to Fabriano are mandatory.
