Responsabilità dell'Help Desk WSMS:

Classificare le richieste in:
Problemi.
Richieste di modifica.
Formazione aggiuntiva
Risoluzione dei problemi di competenza.
Inoltrare e gestire il ticket al supporto L
Mantenere le FAQ e la documentazione relativa al supporto.

Qualifiche

Cosa ti contraddistingue?

Requisiti necessari:

Madrelingua italiano
Esperienza con i processi di officina auto.
Famigliarità con soluzioni gestionali ERP.
Forte orientamento al Cliente
Capacità di problemsolving e di creazione di documentazione

Requisiti preferenziali:

Conoscenza di Microsoft Dynamics 365 NAV.
Conoscenza applicativi Incadea.
Esperienza come impiegato nel settore officina e/o consulente nel settore automotive di almeno 3 anni.
Buona conoscenza inglese scritto e parlato
