Our Client is an international company specialized in equipment and services for Agriculture and Construction sectors.


Posizione:

We are looking for a Customer Support Manager Italy & Central Eastern Europe

This position primary objectives are:
to maintain and improve overall customer satisfaction and repeat sales within the Region.

In addition, the development and implementation of industry initiatives designed to position company brands as leaders in Digital and Technology for Customers is a focus area.


Main tasks:

  • Enhancing Parts & Service company's penetration and profitability through Service and Maintenance Contracts, Protection Plans (extended warranties), Spares Kits. After-Sales targeted packages and services quotations for tenders and key accounts, with direct involvement in negotations with customers.
  • Guiding and coaching dealers through all processes of service department (organization and premises set up, technical and softskills trainings, operational KPIs), seeking efficiency, productivity, profitability and Customer satisfaction.
  • Continually look for opportunities to maximize the Uptime concept through the development of dealer Technical Skills, the implementation of Digital and Technology solutions and possible further leverage on the BDA (Breakdown Assistance) concept.
  • Work closely with Spare Part colleagues to ensure core KPI's and that spare parts availability is maintained and improved.
  • Lead, manage and support the regional Product and Customer Support teams.

Requisiti:


  • Hands on approach
  • Excellent people managment skills
  • Fluent English speaker, besides mother tongue language, and additional European languages such as French/German would be an plus;
  • Experience of a wide range of construction or heavy machinery;
  • A competent understanding of mechanical, hydraulic and electrician systems & diagnostics;
  • Advanced understanding of dealer aftermarket business and processes;
  • A developed understanding of cutting edge technology and digital solutions is required;
  • Competent understanding of SAP.
  • Mechanical engineering qualification;
