- You will be working as part of our market leading corporate team and will undertake a broad variety of work that will cover our core real estate services:
- Acquisitions, disposals and leasehold constructions
- Advising corporate clients and investment companies in the purchase, sale and encumbrance of commercial real estate
- Advising in various projects, vesting of mortgages and the sale of newly built estates
- Solid background in real estate and corporate matters
- Graduated with excellent academic marks, and admitted to the Italian Bar
- Excellent communication and drafting skills in both Italian and English
- Service minded, organized and able to meet deadlines
- Positive mentality with a "can do" attitude
- Demonstrate a desire to achieve excellence
